Refund & Cancellation Policy

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

All products offered by Artem Chukov (AITACS CRM, ELIA, NEVY Navigator) come with a full refund guarantee within 14 calendar days of the original payment date — no questions asked.

1. Scope and Products Covered

1.1. This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made through the Provider's websites and payment processors for the following products:

AITACS CRM — AI Therapy Assistant Calendar Suite

Practice management platform for psychotherapists, psychologists, coaches, and counselors.

ELIA — AI Emotional Support Companion

AI-powered emotional support companion with text and voice conversations.

NEVY Navigator — Holonic Self-Analysis Tool

AI-powered holonic self-analysis tool using 5 parallel AI agents.

1.2. Payments are processed by Paddle.com acting as Merchant of Record. Refund requests are handled by the Provider and executed through Paddle's payment infrastructure.

2. 14-Day Full Refund (All Products)

2.1. Any customer may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of the original payment date. No reason is required. The refund will be processed in full, including any applicable fees.

2.2. This guarantee applies regardless of how much of the product or service has been used during the 14-day window.

2.3. To request a refund within the 14-day window, contact: aitacs@skillbuilder.club with the subject line "Refund Request" and your payment confirmation. The refund will be initiated within 3 business days of receiving the request.

2.4. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time after initiation: typically 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

3. After 14 Days — By Product Type

3.1. AITACS CRM — Subscriptions

3.1.1. After the 14-day window, refunds for subscription payments are provided at the sole discretion of the Provider, consistent with Terms of Service §3.2.

3.1.2. Cancellation of a subscription stops future billing immediately. The User retains access to the Service until the end of the current billing period. No partial refund is issued for the unused portion of a paid period.

3.1.3. Exceptions where a refund after 14 days may be granted at the Provider's discretion:

3.2. ELIA — One-Time Packs

3.2.1. One-time message and voice packs do not expire. Refunds after 14 days are not available for packs where any portion has been consumed.

3.2.2. For packs that have not been used at all and the 14-day window has passed, a refund may be requested and will be considered at the Provider's discretion.

3.3. NEVY Navigator — One-Time Analysis Packs

3.3.1. One-time analysis packs do not expire. Refunds after 14 days are not available for packs where any analyses have been used.

3.3.2. For packs that have not been used at all and the 14-day window has passed, a refund may be requested and will be considered at the Provider's discretion.

5. How to Request a Refund

5.1. Send an email to aitacs@skillbuilder.club with:

5.2. The Provider will acknowledge the request within 1 business day and initiate the approved refund within 3 business days.

5.3. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Paddle (Merchant of Record) processes the return. Funds typically appear within 5–10 business days.

7.1. The Provider encourages customers to contact aitacs@skillbuilder.club before initiating a chargeback with their bank. Legitimate refund requests are resolved promptly and without dispute.

7.2. Initiating a chargeback for a purchase that does not qualify for a refund under this Policy may result in account suspension pending resolution.

8. Governing Law

8.1. This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Israel. EU/EEA customers retain all statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation, including but not limited to EU Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights.

8.2. Nothing in this Policy limits or excludes any statutory right that cannot be waived under applicable law in the customer's jurisdiction.
