The AITACS CRM software (AI Therapy Assistant Calendar Suite), including but not limited to its source code, user interface design, visual elements, documentation, marketing materials, landing pages, legal documentation, training materials, course content, and all associated intellectual property, is the exclusive property of Artem Chukov and is protected by international copyright law, including the Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works, to which Israel, the United States, and all EU member states are signatories.
The copyright in this work arises automatically upon creation and does not require registration. However, the owner reserves the right to register the work with the U.S. Copyright Office and other applicable authorities to secure additional statutory protections.
| Protected Element | Copyright | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Source code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP) | ✓ Protected | Original expression in code. Copying or adapting is prohibited. |
| User interface design & layout | ✓ Protected | Visual arrangement, color scheme, component design, user flows. |
| AI prompt engineering & system prompts | ✓ Protected | The specific prompt text, structure, and configurations constitute original literary work. |
| Documentation & legal templates | ✓ Protected | All 10+ legal and compliance documents, guides, and templates. |
| Course content & training materials | ✓ Protected | AITACS course curriculum, slide decks, handouts, video content. |
| Marketing copy & landing pages | ✓ Protected | Text, structure, and visual design of all landing and sales pages. |
| Brand name "AITACS CRM" | ✓ Protected | Protected as a trade name. Trademark registration recommended. |
| De-identification architecture (method) | ✓ Partially | The specific code implementation is protected. The general concept of Safe Harbor de-identification is a HIPAA standard and not protectable. |
| General idea: "CRM for therapists with AI" | ✗ Not protectable | Ideas, concepts, and functional methods are not protected by copyright (per Berne Convention and 17 U.S.C. §102(b)). |
Copyright protects the expression of an idea — not the idea itself. A competitor may build their own CRM for therapists with AI. They may not copy your code, design, text, prompts, documentation, or visual elements. If they do, enforcement mechanisms are available (see Sections 4–6 below).
3.1. Users who purchase a subscription to AITACS CRM receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Platform for the purpose described in the Terms of Service.
3.2. The license does not grant the User any ownership of, or intellectual property rights in, the Platform, its code, design, or documentation.
3.3. The User may not:
a) Copy, reproduce, or duplicate the source code, UI design, or any part of the Platform;
b) Decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the Platform or its components;
c) Create derivative works based on the Platform;
d) Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Platform or any part thereof;
e) Remove or alter any copyright notices, branding, or proprietary markings;
f) Use the Platform's code, design, or documentation as the basis for a competing product.
3.4. Violation of these terms constitutes copyright infringement and grounds for immediate termination of the license and legal action.
If you discover that any part of AITACS CRM's protected content has been copied or reproduced without authorization on another website, platform, or product, or if your own copyrighted content has been infringed by AITACS CRM (which we take equally seriously), here is the procedure:
Under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. §512), you may submit a takedown notice to the hosting provider or search engine of the infringing content. The notice must include:
Depending on where the infringing content appears, file the DMCA takedown with the appropriate platform:
| Platform | Where to File |
|---|---|
| Google Search (to deindex from Google) | Google Legal Removal Request |
| Web hosting provider | Find the host via WHOIS lookup (e.g., whois.domaintools.com), then contact their abuse/DMCA department |
| GitHub | GitHub DMCA Takedown |
| Cloudflare (if using Cloudflare CDN) | Cloudflare Abuse Report — Cloudflare will reveal the origin host IP |
| Social media (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn) | Each platform has an IP/DMCA reporting form in their Help Center |
| App stores (Apple, Google Play) | File IP infringement report through the respective developer console |
Google Search removal: 1–3 business days after submission. Hosting provider takedown: 24–72 hours (legally required to act "expeditiously"). GitHub: ~1 business day. The infringing party receives a counter-notice option (10–14 days) — if they do not respond, the content stays down.
If you discover infringement of AITACS CRM content, take these steps before filing a DMCA notice:
5.1. Screenshot everything — capture the infringing pages with timestamps. Include the full URL in the browser bar.
5.2. Use the Wayback Machine — submit the infringing URL to web.archive.org/save to create a timestamped archival copy. This is admissible evidence.
5.3. Save the page source — right-click → "View Page Source" → save as .html file. This preserves the copied code.
5.4. WHOIS lookup — record the domain owner, registrar, and hosting provider of the infringing site.
5.5. Timestamp your original — your git commit history, deployment logs, or Wayback Machine archives of your own site serve as evidence of prior publication.
The following measures are recommended and/or implemented to protect AITACS CRM intellectual property:
6.1. Copyright notice in all files — every HTML,
CSS, JavaScript, and PHP file contains a copyright header:
© 2024–2026 Artem Chukov. All rights reserved.
6.2. Obfuscation — production JavaScript code should be minified and obfuscated to make copying and adaptation more difficult (not a legal protection, but a practical deterrent).
6.3. US Copyright Registration — registration with the U.S. Copyright Office ($65 filing fee) is recommended. Benefits: ability to seek statutory damages up to $150,000 per infringement without proving actual damages; eligibility for attorney's fee awards; prima facie evidence of ownership in court.
6.4. Trademark registration — registration of "AITACS CRM" and "AI Therapy Assistant Calendar Suite" as trademarks is recommended in Israel (ILPTO) and the US (USPTO) to protect the brand name independently of copyright.
6.5. Wayback Machine archival — periodically archive all public pages at web.archive.org to establish a verifiable publication timeline.
6.6. Git version control — maintain a private git repository with full commit history as a timestamped record of creation.

9.4. Repeat infringers: Users who repeatedly infringe on the intellectual property of AITACS CRM or third parties will have their accounts terminated.
